Why practise Yoga?

Have you ever wondered what a difference a regular yoga practice could make to your life and to your climbing? Now is your chance to find out. A regular yoga practise can help you to develop strength, stability, core, balance and flexibility, in addition to aiding general well-being by helping you to counteract stress, anger and depression. It’s also really fun!

Yoga at Big Rock Hub.

The classes are hosted by qualified teacher Paula Inch at Big Rock Hub in Kingston and are based on Hatha Flow Yoga. This Yoga style focuses on holding movement a little longer so that the body can settle and adjust into the pose. With this gentle form of Yoga, you should end up leaving the class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

Your
teacher.

You teacher Paula Inch has been practising yoga for over 16 years and is also a qualified Reiki teacher in all three level: Shoden, Okuden and Shinpiden, and a member of the Reiki Federation and Association.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 16 years and have loved every bit of my journey. What I have found on my yoga journey is that although yoga hasn’t taken away any of the problems that occur in my life, it has given me the tools to deal with life situations better.
