Use this page to set-up, manage, and update your Membership, or make changes to your pre-paid pass.

If you have a Monthly Membership or Annual Membership you can use the form below to:

Let us know any changes to your contact details to keep your account up to date (address, phone number and email address)

If your card is about to expire, or if you’ve received an email from us about a missed payment, you can amend your card details using the secure form below. Online card payments are processed securely by our online card processor, Stripe, and card details are not accessible to Big Rock or our staff.

You can freeze your Monthly Membership or Annual Membership for a minimum of 1 month up to 6 months, twice a year, at no extra cost. See the MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS for full details.

Use this option to cancel your monthly payments. If you are planning to restart your Monthly Membership in the next 6 months or less, you should consider freezing your payments instead. All Monthly Memberships incur a set-up fee while freezing your pass is free. See the MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS  for full details.

To cancel all other passes (see PRE-PAID PASSES TERMS & CONDITIONS) or Annual Membership, you should submit a refund request by selecting ‘other request’ and provide details of the product you are cancelling in the comments box.
