In our fear of falling workshop we look at what happens in the brain when fear kicks in. We look at ways to deal with this fear, and how we can progressively manage this, to try and improve our climbing. The workshop lasts around 6 hours and includes a combination of theory and practical.

By the end of the fear of falling workshop, you will have learnt more about yourself, and grown in confidence in your own ability.  And have an array of strategies to take away, and progress further in your climbing.
